After earning his MD from Chicago Medical School and a psychology degree from Yale University, Dr. Reed went on to champion innovative residency training for rural practice and improve systems of care at every level. Though officially retired from clinical work, he now offers his expertise in medication use and care delivery strategy. With a sharp eye for what truly improves both patient outcomes and professional fulfillment, he continues to shape the future of care – one thoughtful decision at a time.
Kathleen Evans, MD, MBA, FAAFP – Medical Advisor
Dr. Kathleen Evans brings a powerful mix of experience, curiosity, and dependability to her role as a medical advisor. Board-certified in Family Medicine, she has been caring for patients for decades, guided by a genuine passion for meaningful connections and lifelong learning. Dr. Evans holds active medical licenses in Washington, Montana, and Minnesota, and has kept her clinical knowledge sharp with up-to-date certifications, including Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
In addition to her medical expertise, she blends clinical insight with a business-savvy perspective thanks to her MBA, allowing her to support thoughtful, patient-centered innovation. Dr. Evans is deeply interested in how authenticity shapes productive relationships – both with patients and within healthcare teams. Outside of clinical work, she continues to explore digital tools like WordPress and social platforms to help build stronger communities in care. Her energy and reliability make her a trusted voice in shaping practical, people-first healthcare solutions.
Stephen D. Behlmer, MD, FAAD, FASMS, FASDS – Medical Consultant
Dr. Stephen Behlmer offers deep clinical insight and decades of experience as our Senior Dermatology & Skin Safety Consultant. A board-certified dermatologist with fellowships in dermatologic surgery and skin cancer management, Dr. Behlmer has built a career at the intersection of precision, care, and innovation in skin health. His medical training began at the University of Iowa and continued through a transitional year in internal medicine, followed by a dermatology residency at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Known for his meticulous approach and calm authority, Dr. Behlmer supports our work by reviewing dermatologic treatments and advising on product safety, skin-related drug interactions, and chronic skin condition management. Though he’s stepped back from full-time clinical practice, his expertise continues to guide safe, thoughtful decision-making in our therapeutic offerings. His presence ensures we keep dermatologic care both evidence-based and patient-centered.
Tyrone Moe II, PharmD, RPh – Clinical Pharmacy Consultant
Dr. Tyrone Moe is a dedicated Clinical Pharmacy Consultant with a strong foundation in patient care. A graduate of the University of Montana’s Skaggs School of Pharmacy, he brings deep expertise across diverse settings – including retail, hospital, long-term care, and mail-order pharmacy. Licensed since 2020, Dr. Moe has shaped his career around clinical excellence, system optimization, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
His experience spans formulary development, Medicare/Medicaid program navigation, and pharmacokinetics, along with medication therapy management and prior authorization processes. With a working knowledge of platforms like Epic, Cerner, Omnicell, and PioneerRx, he helps improve service quality and safety at every step. Tyrone is especially passionate about medication adherence, polypharmacy reduction, and geriatric care. Grounded in empathy and integrity, he continues to guide thoughtful, patient-centered pharmaceutical care with humility and purpose.
Loren Jensen, PharmD – Support & Patient Care Associate
Dr. Loren Jensen is a recent PharmD graduate from the University of Montana’s Skaggs School of Pharmacy, bringing fresh insight, compassion, and a deep commitment to patient-centered care. With academic roots in both cell biology and psychology, Loren combines scientific knowledge with emotional intelligence – qualities that shape her thoughtful approach to pharmacy.
Now part of the True-Help.com team, she contributes to patient support, medication counseling, and content development with a strong focus on clear communication and community building. During her studies, Loren was actively involved in peer advocacy, and public health initiatives, including research assistance and volunteer work across Montana. She’s passionate about learning, mentoring, and helping others – values that continue to guide her growing career. Outside of work, Loren enjoys creative projects, traveling, and diving into documentaries that spark new ideas.
Kimberly Griego, PharmD – Pharmacist & Clinical Programs Consultant
For Dr. Kimberly Griego, the goal is to build trust, show up with heart, and make a real difference in someone’s day. Her guiding motto, “Work hard, care for your patients, and build positive relationships,” is something she’s lived by throughout every step of her career. With a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and pharmacist licenses in Colorado, North Dakota, and New Jersey, Kimberly brings a deep, hands-on understanding of what it means to care.
She’s worn many hats: leading teams, developing clinical programs, helping patients make informed choices, and writing clear, compassionate health guidance. Kimberly is certified in adult vaccinations and CPR, and even trains fellow pharmacists to become immunization providers. Her background includes formulary strategy, drug cost analysis, and crafting pharmacy policies that actually work in real-world settings. But ask her what matters most, and she’ll say this – being kind, staying curious, and never forgetting the person behind the prescription.
